Visual Basic 6.0

All the download in the game sections are just the EXE files, so you have to have Visual Basic 6.0  installed to run them. If you don't have the software, you can download the full installation files here. I have tried the package wizard on Visual Basic 6.0. It is very good. Now you can install my games just like other commercial software. You may need to restart the computer if your driver is too old. Note that once you went through the installation once, you can run most Visual Basic file with just the EXE files, So it is very worth it.

Click here for full installation files for both games.

Mine Sweeper

After one night of hard work, I wrote a simple version of Mine Sweeper. I got the idea from the game in Windows 3.1 or higher. I learned how to use right click in the process. It is very cool. At first I didn't discover the right click option in Visual Basic 6.0. In design time, I tried to use drag and drop, it worked. Then I tried to use mouse down and mouse up. That is where I discovered the mouse button variable. Cool!

To run this program without installing Visual Basic 6.0, you may need the some supporting files. See Visual Basic 6.0 section for full installation.
